How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Up to 20KG in weight - £6.95 + VAT
Each 20KG parcel after this is £6.95 per unit.
200KG + - Delivery will be calculated at checkout, based upon Postcode.
For exact values please add the items to the basket, and delivery will be calculated as it can differ product to product.

When can I expect delivery?

Items that are 20KG or over, in-stock and ordered before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.
We don’t deliver at the weekend. So, if you order after 2:00pm Friday or anytime over the weekend you will receive your goods on Tuesday.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer, and will be at additional cost. Please see our Delivery Specifics to see if you fall into this category.

Delivery Specifics

Orders up to 5KG are sent via Royal Mail, who deliver in 2-3 working days
All paint products & orders over 5KG are sent via Courier, who deliver the following working day.
To guarantee a timed next day delivery you would need to choose either pre 9:00, pre 10:30, or pre 12:00 in the delivery options.
Orders Placed before 2pm will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

If your order, either parcel or pallet is undeliverable, then a re-delivery charge will be applicable.

Hard to Reach Areas

Delivery to hard to reach areas will take a little longer, and will be at additional cost. These deliveries will take 2-3 working days to reach you. This will affect you if your postcode falls into this list:

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We’re 100% dedicated to ensuring every parcel arrives safely, but unfortunately, a small number do become damaged or lost.

If this happens, please email with your order details, along with some photographs if the parcel has been
damaged, and we will despatch replacements.

Royal Mail do not declare a parcel lost, until after 10 days.

“Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 10 working days. Where an item is safely delivered after the 10 working days the customer will be entitled to claim compensation for delay but not for loss.”

Cancellation or Returns

Please contact us within 10 working days if your item is unwanted.

We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been made/manufactured &/or tinted to a specific bespoke colour for you. All BS4800, BS381C and RAL shaded are considered bespoke, which are manufactured to order.

For orders that are cancelled or returned we will charge an 10% restocking and admin fee of the item price and we will not refund the cost of the original shipping.

For a refund on an unwanted product, the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition in its sealed original packaging.
